  The staff were extremely unhelpful. Whenever you asked them a question they simply said “I don’t know”. They couldn’t and wouldn’t help us transfer data to our sons new phone that we brought up to him at college that we just purchased at another sprint store. I think it’s because they weren’t Making any money on the sales- they were completely unwilling to help us in anyway. There were two staff members in the store and we were the only customers and we could not get any help. We will go back to the Burton store where the customer service was excellent.
